Data Deletion & Reset Instructions

How parents and caregivers can instantly delete or reset all child profiles, learning progress, star achievements, and drawings in Kizmo Kids: Learn, Play & Grow.

The Local-First Privacy Advantage: Kizmo Kids does not store your child's data on remote cloud servers. All progress, stickers, and drawings exist exclusively on the physical phone or tablet in sandboxed local storage. This means you have 100% direct control over your child's data at all times.

Reset In-App via Parent Area (Recommended)

Parents can wipe all learning progress or remove specific child profiles directly inside the app:

Open Kizmo Kids on your device.
Tap the Parent Area (gear / lock icon) in the top right corner.
Solve the adult mental math equation to enter the parent dashboard.
Select Privacy & Child Safety.
Tap "Reset All Child Data" or delete a specific child profile.
Confirm the prompt. All stored stars, activity records, and artwork are immediately cleared from local device memory.

Immediate Full Deletion via App Uninstall

Because Kizmo Kids does not operate any remote user databases, simply uninstalling the application from your device permanently and irrevocably deletes:

All child profiles and nicknames.
All learning lesson records and phonics/math completion stats.
All drawings, colorings, and sticker scenes created in Creativity Studio.
All local preferences and settings.

Clear Storage via Android Settings

You can also clear all data without uninstalling the app via Android system settings:

Open your device's Settings app.
Tap Apps or App Management.
Find and select Kizmo Kids.
Tap Storage & Cache.
Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data). All local data is immediately purged.
